In order to not only be able to survive daily competition but in fact take a leading role, we have committed ourselves to a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Our primary objectives in the introduction of and adherence to this management system is the ongoing improvement of services and customer-orientation in all parts of the company.
That is why we do not make any compromises when it comes to maintaining and further developing confirmed high standards in our company:
the continuous improvement of processes and services, partnership customer and supplier relationships, independent personnel management and the responsible use of resources are not merely empty words at Spedition Bender, but rather form part of daily work at the company as the foundations of our quality management system.
The international environmental management standard ISO 14001 defines globally recognised requirements for an environmental management system, including ecological assessment, environmental indicators and environmental performance evaluations.
Certified in accordance with ISO 14001:2004, we guarantee a management system capable of supporting our environmental programme and company environmental policy. Through regularly monitoring legal (environmental) targets and our environmental management system, we not only want to achieve continual improvement, but also display our commitment to a responsible and sustainable use of resources. Of course, our environmental policy includes the observance of applicable legal obligations and other common requirements.
As a contractor for German industry, we provide our clients with contractually stipulated services and work. With our company management and through our employees’ conduct, we significantly impact our clients’ safety, health and environmental protection (SGU) standards and therefore their quality standards.
As a result, Spedition Bender was happy to be assessed in accordance with the SCC (Safety Certificate Contractors) guidelines and received the SCC** certificate.
A significant component of the SCC guidelines is the requirements for the training of employees and managers of contractor companies. This includes the qualification required to be an occupational safety specialist, with appropriate, practice-oriented industry and customer-specific training content.
Even though the safety certificate for contractors is valid for three years, we gladly confirm our successful SGU management through a yearly audit.
In addition to the management, safety, health and environmental standards mentioned, Spedition Bender has also submitted to the independent audit of its reliability and financial solvency as well as its adherence to relevant legal provisions and the observance of certain safety standards.
With Authorised Economic Operator status, we can receive approval for customs procedures and other customs simplifications without further extensive verification. As far as our customers are concerned, this means efficient project planning and quicker processing across the entire European Union.
A lack of transparency in financial communication often involves great economic risks. The Creditreform credit agency prevents this through targeted checks and regular monitoring. The criteria for CrefoZert certification are a Creditreform credit rating of between 100 and 249, a credit score of between CR1 and CR8 as well as a management survey, which does not indicate any significant credit risks.
Through the CrefoZert good credit rating certificate, we demonstrate to our business partners in an unambiguous way that we are solvent and creditworthy. As a financially strong company, we therefore emphasise our trustworthiness, strengthen our customers’ trust in us and in doing so optimise financial communication.
